Rimage’s most comprehensive service and support offering is ideal for those who require “hands-free” maintenance where a Rimage authorized technician arrives within one business day to replace the malfunctioning unit or parts, test, and prepare replaced items for return shipment to Rimage.

  • Labor, travel, factory certified replacement parts are covered.
  • Includes one print head replacement, if needed, per year (see contract for applicable freight costs)
  • “No cost” parts return makes shipping easy. (Some restrictions apply. See Maintenance Terms and Conditions. Excludes consumables).
  • Software updates keep your system up-to-date with the latest software innovations.
  • Fastest access to the Rimage technical call center.
  • In-depth remote diagnostics & high quality triage technologies assess and resolve issues quickly.

Rapid Exchange

Rimage Rapid Exchange gives you speed and value. Next business day delivery of a replacement unit or printer for you to install.
