We offer professional repair services for most Rimage products.
Quick turn around – Most repairs are done within five to seven business days
Repairs are warrantied for 90 days
To get started:
- Fill out the repair estimate form completely
- We will respond with 24 hours.
- Send system in original box, or pack in double walled box with tight fitting shipping foam.
- Inkjet printers – remove ink cartridges & clean ink well
- Everest printers – shipping screw needs to be in place
- Use internal packing (Please note below if you do not have this anymore)
