For your protection and security, Legend will confirm every order that is placed through our website. Please read more below, or email your question using our Contact Form.

LegendCPS.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company are required to have a temporary, alternate shipping address added to the credit card account.

Additional forms of Payment:

  • Company Check – Pre-paid or Net Terms available upon approved credit.
  • Wire transfer – There is a $25 dollar non-negotiable bank wire surcharge. The charge is added as line item on the invoice.
  • Money order
  • Bank Check

Note: *Certified funds and Check must clear before your order ships. If you would like to use any of these options, please contact our Sales Department first and secure an order number.

Order Verification

As an online retailer, one of our biggest concerns is fraudulent activity, which harms our customers in the form of higher prices to you. Legend’s credit card verification process is in place for your security. This policy prevents credit card fraud and allows Legend to offer you the lowest prices.

To minimize fraudulent activity, some order information requires further verification even after obtaining an authorization number from the Financial Institution. Please note that we will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S. with verifiable references. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes. If an order cannot be verified, Legend reserves the right to refuse the order.

Taxes

California customers who are not tax exempt
California has many special taxing jurisdictions (districts), which are funded by a transactions (sales) and use tax rate that is added to the standard statewide rate. The tax rates for these districts range from 0.125% to 0.50% per district. In some areas, there is more than one district tax in effect. In others, there is no district tax in effect. During the check out process the tax rate calculated will be adjusted during the billing process to your appropriate tax rate.
